Where do we rake leaves?
We currently rake leaves for businesses and houses in the Tillsonburg and Otterville areas, but we are always expanding as we grow bigger.
WHAT HAPPENS TO THe RAKED LEAVES?
We take them to Tillsonburg Transfer Station where they are composted and recycled. We may leave the leaves in bags by the side of the road for a short period of time after we rake them where we will come by later and remove them.
DO I HAVE TO BE HOME?
NO! In fact, many of our clients enjoy leaving their home while the kids rake your leaves. If this is the case, please feel free to leave us any specific instructions when reaching out.
Where does all the money go?
To supporting kids sports or groups. This could be for the following:

subsidizing hockey tournament fees

subsidizing camp fees (like Girl Guide camps)

equipment for teams (like socks, water bottles)

equipment for Tillsonburg Minor Hocky Incorporated to use for charitable reasons (such as the 'Hockey for Everyone' program)

paying for additional ice time for teams that struggle to get enough practices

financial relief for families that struggle with registration fees and equipment costs

Your money will go directly towards the team that the kids who rake your leaves are on. So you have the opportunity to personally meet the people you will be helping!
How do I pay?
After your leaves are raked, we will leave an invoice in your front door or mailbox. This will tell us how many bags of leaves were raked, and how you can pay. Our preferred method of payment is e-transfer, but you can pay by cash or cheque if you wish.
Can I limit how many bags are raked?
YES! Let us know what your upper limit on the number of bags being raked is, and we will ensure that you are not invoiced for more money than you plan for.
Why do you use bags ... wouldn't it be more efficient to rake leaves into a large pile and remove with a trailer?
There are several reasons we use yardwaste bags. Firstly, it helps us quantify how much you owe us for our services. It is difficult to put an objective amount on a large pile of leaves and nothing more. Secondly, yardwaste bags are easy for our kids to use ... and we are all about involving the kids. They enjoy themselves immensely, but they also learn about the rewards of hard work.
