DAY ONE! Saturday, October 28th.
Our first Saturday for 2023 kicked off with a small but mighty crew of hockey player leaf rakers, along with some parental support! They started us off strong- raking in a total of 212 bags in one morning! We had some very happy customers and we had fun too!
We will be out next Saturday in even larger numbers to continue raising money to support children in sport. (Mother Nature willing) we have 3 more Saturdays to complete our customer list and get all those leaves raked up!
A very special thank you to the Simcoe St. Tim Horton's for their donation of yummy hot chocolate to keep our rakers fueled and going strong!
We appreciate all the local community support we are receiving this year and are also happy to see so many repeat customers from previous years! We are really starting to develop relationships with our awesome home owners!
